Stone Harbor - Let's review some traffic rules, as outlined on the NJ MVC website: Cars must stop for pedestrians at marked crosswalks. Cars must yield to pedestrians at unmarked crosswalks. Cars are not required to stop for bicyclists crossing the road. Bicyclists are required to follow the same traffic rules as cars, so they should stop at red traffic lights and also yield to pedestrians in crosswalks. Please be safe out there!
