Stone Harbor - Let’s face it. SH does not have a single property under $1M. Why is that? Because the town is safe, clean, charming with world class beaches. That makes it desirable which drives up values. The Administration is investing wisely to keep up those attributes and therefore raising your home’s value. If your home, like mine, went from $55,000 to $2.7M you should applaud the Mayor, her staff and every Public Works employee that keeps the town clean, gorgeous and with world class beaches. Bravo Mayor Judy! Keep investing in our charming Borough.!
