Stone Harbor - The last sentence in the Avalon spout that cited arguments presented by Washington Post writers puzzled me. The VA does not pay for burial expenses for veterans. They provide a free burial plot at a VA cemetery and headstone or plaque for every veteran who wishes it. I think a small price to pay for someone who served our country honorably.
