Stone Harbor - Just reading up on Hamilton, and it seems he was quite a conservative in his day, with mistrust of common folks and financial policies as treasury secretary that enriched his friends. No wonder he set up an electoral system that filtered the vote between the actual voters and the president. Nothing really changes in politics, does it?
