Stone Harbor - I've looked closely at all three candidates for Stone Harbor Council. The incumbents Casper and Moore have voted on policies that have left us with annual interest of 5M on our debt, an affordable housing purchase of 1.5M which is uninhabitable, a horrendous flood rating and a failed park mobile roll out. If you are happy with this report card vote for them. I however, want a change in borough hall. I will be voting for Tim Carney next week.
