It's that time of year when I spout about the fishermen standing

Stone Harbor - It's that time of year when I spout about the fishermen standing on the toll bridge coming out of Stone Harbor. When somebody gets hit by a car, causes an accident, or dies, I will then post my three years of spouts about this matter. I have called authorities about this matter all three years and nothing was done.
