Stone Harbor - Is it wise for Stone Harbor to be introducing a bond ordinance that funds 4.1 million dollars for a new beach patrol building and assorted landscaping? Have we considered knocking the old one down and replacing it with a modular without all the extras? I'm afraid this is another example of to few people managing too much money. Just like the idea of buying Smugglers Cove.
