Stone Harbor - It has been upsetting to see the pesticide companies using stuff on stone yards and putting down white flags that blend with the stones. Now too many lawn services are walking around with tanks on their shoulders spraying properties, adjacent sidewalks and streets, putting innocent barefoot toddlers and pets at risk. Isn't this illegal?
