Stone Harbor - It’s amazing that we have an extreme lightweight searching for a “heavy hitter” to solve our beach replenishment. This is the same person who referred to a long time trash removal process as a “concierge service.” The only result of this search will be a politically connected county flack. No one will beat the green crowd who have unlimited funds to fight the harvesting of sand. Only alternative will be to obtain sand from another source and truck it in and fill the beach from the street instead of ocean. Hopefully if we get a more favorable administration in 2024 we will be able get sand.
