Stone Harbor - Isn't it ironic the same homeowners who complained it would cost them more in taxes and be dangerous to bury the power lines on 96th Street during the gateway project, now want them buried on their streets with a tax increase to boot? The chicken, a.k.a. the power lines, have come home to roost!
