Stone Harbor - Isn't it ironic the people who opposed burying the power lines for the 96th St. project a few years back now want us to bury them on their blocks and raise taxes on the island to pay for it? The spokespeople are the worst. Ran for council on a spending reduction plan and failed, now they want a tax on real estate sales in SH to pay for it. The library, police station, $100,000 park, are we tax and spend Democrats, or tea party Republicans whose stickers adorn our cars and our supposed political choices?
