An informative article in the Herald about the birds nesting hab

Stone Harbor - An informative article in the Herald about the birds nesting habitat restoration at Stone Harbor Point. I noticed that the sign stating beach tags are required at the Point, installed and so zealously enforced the last two years, is now gone. Does this mean people are once again allowed to walk down the lane, hike the trails, visit the observation deck, and enjoy the beach, without a beach tag or harassment by the beach patrol?
