Stone Harbor - If our borough council and mayor had made the decision to pull out of the county library system seven years ago, we would have accumulated almost $10,000,000 dollars in our taxes to support our own library, or partnering with Avalon's library. Here we are, seven years later, with no new library from the county, $10,000,000 in our taxes going to the county library system and nothing to show for it. What a waste of money and time.
