Stone Harbor - I work for one of the more reputable builders on the Island. I never had too many issues with City Hall, until recently. I asked the an official for an interpretation of a Code and he got defensive, rude, and downright angry. That is no way to treat the builders that are raising property values. He needs a lesson in customer service.
