Stone Harbor - I wish dog owners on 83rd Street would keep their dog from escaping nearly every day. If they know the dog gets through the fence, be a responsible dog owner and either fix the fence, leash the dog on a yard line, or supervise the dog's outside excursions. It shouldn't fall on neighbors to pick up after their unsupervised dog on their properties.
