Stone Harbor - I was told by someone on the Stone Harbor beach that since plastic bags are banned in Stone Harbor, you are not to dispose of dog waste in plastic bags which explains why there is so much dog poop on the beach. I don’t know if dog poop is good for the ocean, but I know it was disgusting when my little girl stepped in it on the beach.
