Stone Harbor - I was amazed to see the terrible financial condition of the Borough . I’m starting to agree there is a spending problem. A Borough with large tax revenue and little infrastructure relative to areas that have large schools and hospitals and we are broke! Approximately two million in reserves is unbelievable and irresponsible on top of a heavy debt load. It’s no wonder the roads look like a third world country. We need to right the ship.
