Stone Harbor - I walk 96th street everyday. I see a thriving, bustling downtown area. I see visitors and locals alike crowding the street. I see happy merchants. You know what I don’t see? Empty parking spaces! The Mayor’s coterie have been professing gloom and doom, but reality must use a different paint brush. It’s time to stop disparaging our great community. Move on.
