Stone Harbor - I truly hope this was an isolated incident that, as a resident of Stone Harbor, I had to endure. I stopped by the utilities and tax collector to clear up some questions I had. The clerk was short, rude and very aggressive when she could not defend or clearly explain what I needed to know.
