Stone Harbor - I took a nice, long walk through Ocean City. All through the nice residential neighborhoods, there were young families playing in the yards, and doing yard chores and home repairs; they were obviously homeowners living in nice, modest homes. Homes like these would be far too out-priced for nice, young families to live in, in either Avalon or Stone Harbor. I am glad I visited OC, it is proof there are still places for young folks who are not millionaires, or children of millionaires to live year-round.
