I thought those big, tall, monstrous, awful-looking tower things

Stone Harbor - I thought those big, tall, monstrous, awful-looking tower things on every block were to give us more electricity? Why did Stone Harbor have a power outage May 25 for about an hour? What is going on here? You make our town look absolutely hideous and then you don't even give us the truth! Where are the people who passed this?
