Stone Harbor - I think the second home owners must unfortunately accept the fact that Stone Harbor is not going to change. It is like the city of Philadelphia that votes for those that they are told to vote for to their detriment. They don’t seem to care that their city is full of crime and that things have not gotten better over the years. They believe the politicians pointing the blame at everyone and everything else. 2700 parking tickets has to be a Guinness World Book Record for such a small borough, and the out of control delays and overbudget on projects is unfortunately consistent.
