Stone Harbor - I think it is unanimous. Locals and second-home owners all agree that it is time for second-home owners to vote and be eligible to hold office. Locals have given up and don’t want the responsibility and are timid of holding officials responsible. I guess it is tough when you live here full time to go against the powers. We are ready and willing, and our first step would be to look into the feasibility of merging with Avalon or at lease beg their former mayor to help us.
