Stone Harbor - I think that funding for Open Space should be looked at. It was originally set up for the preservation of open spaces like farmland. It has now become a slush fund for towns to do projects that should be paid for by the town itself. Avalon was awarded $2 million and Sea Isle a little less than a million for projects that are really capital improvements.
