I tend to agree with the spouter regarding the Stone Harbor wate

Stone Harbor - I tend to agree with the spouter regarding the Stone Harbor water rate increases. We hear about conservation, yet the town continues to plant and irrigate the islands on Second Avenue, and many of us have instituted our own conservation measures, yet water costs to the homeowner continue to rise substantially. I don't fully buy into the issue that we are in a dire situation water-supply wise. With the tremendous amounts of rain/snow these past winters, that must translate into increased supplies underground. Maybe the Herald could do some reporting on this. Thanks.
