Stone Harbor - I recently visited a resort town in another state. There were some parking issues and downtown traffic congestion but far fewer lunatic bike riders. Almost all of them knew to keep right and single file, stop for stop signs and red lights and respect other vehicles. How can people in a shore town in one state be so much better informed as to the law than the people who visit our shore towns, or is it that years of education and enforcement have set a tone that Cape May County authorities have missed out on?
