Stone Harbor - I recently attended a Property Owner's Association meeting in Stone Harbor. One speaker discussed the water shortage and the alternate watering days plan in effect for homeowners. She also criticized the folks who water on the wrong day or who water following a rainstorm. Interestingly, the sprinklers on the Second Avenue island in front of Borough Hall were on June 15 as the rain fell.
