Stone Harbor - I read where Cambridge University discovered that sand dunes communicate, and that results in movement. I guess the problem, in Cape May County, is the Army Corps doesn't understand the language. This results in the sand being angry, and after being pumped on our beaches, they talk, decide to move and end up choking our inland waterways and inlets.
