Stone Harbor - I read a spouter’s comment about an employee being allowed to bring a dog to work every day and I wonder what is going on at Borough Hall. Who is in charge there and why are things happening that clearly are upsetting taxpaying residents? Only a few days ago, I was in the library and about to walk out the door into Borough Hall to pay my tax bill. I stopped because I saw and heard an employee in the lobby area forcefully and loudly yelling and pointing her finger at another employee! How is that behavior condoned by management?
