I read the lawsuit filed by the employee against the Administrat

Stone Harbor - I read the lawsuit filed by the employee against the Administrator, and quite frankly, I think the Administrator has a good case for filing a Defamation lawsuit in response. Clearly the "Actual Malice Standard" has been met and he can file since he was named separate from the Borough. Innuendos, rumors and feelings do not constitute a hostile work environment. I've reached out to see if he needs representation in this matter. Hopefully he responds to my call.
