Stone Harbor - I read about Avalon facing a decision on dogs on the beach. Stone Harbor is also having a discussion on this. Easy solution, how about a dog license fee and then set rules? I would think a fee of $150 per dog is a fair price. Also these towns should have an ordinance that every pet owner have their pet licensed. No beach access, no fee but a license ensuring dog has all necessary shots.
