Stone Harbor - I noticed a trend recently and this week’s Spout Offs confirm it. Every time the Administrator gets up at a Council meeting and talks about the mismanagement of the COAH house, personal attacks on his character ensue in Spouts. It’s pretty obvious he strikes a nerve and maybe worse with the COAH spending and there are anonymous forces trying to discredit him before he exposes what happened. You are so shallow it’s blatantly obvious what you minions are doing. Don’t listen to those negative forces! Keep pushing forward!
