Stone Harbor - I moved out of Stone Harbor 40 years ago and took my family to a more livable community. I grew up in Stone Harbor and Avalon, and with great sadness I knew that a 'work a day' guy like me could never afford to live down there like my parents had. What I predicted 40 years ago has come true. There are no more young carpenters, plumbers, cops or salesmen who can afford to buy a house and raise a family there. It is an island of millionaires and old people. What a shame.
