I like to know what residents should do when paying two hundred

Stone Harbor - I like to know what residents should do when paying two hundred dollars for seeding and aeration, and then told by the landscape company to set the lawn sprinklers for 20 minutes per zone per day for two weeks to keep seed moist and help with germination process. We changed our irrigation system to comply with this instruction and then was fined by the SH Police Department for $100. Changed the irrigation system back to 3 day cycle after the time required. Tried to contest the citation and was told to “simply pay it. No exception for aeration process.” Well maybe there should be!!!
