Stone Harbor - I know most people are happy when they get off at Exit 10. I get it, everyone wants their time in Stone Harbor to begin as soon as they can. But, do they know there are six speed changes on Stone Harbor Blvd. from the traffic light by the car dealer to the end of Stone Harbor bridge? Six speed changes in the span of less than three miles. How many people realize the speed changes, and the speed is not faster than 50 mph? How many drive under 50 mph? Let’s not forget the turtles. People try to save the turtles, but if there was a slower, constant speed maybe chaos would not happen when they stop.
