I have no problem with proper funding of education but don’t bel

Stone Harbor - I have no problem with proper funding of education but don’t believe it could be raised 11%. I also think that local education systems should be audited every year by an outside recognized firm. Spend the money on books , curriculum and paying qualified teachers.
