I have been going to Stone Harbor beaches since I was 3-years-ol

Stone Harbor - I have been going to Stone Harbor beaches since I was 3-years-old. It is rude and annoying that the bathrooms between 95th and 96th streets are being used as a changing station. Maybe it should be posted that it is a bathroom, and not a changing room, with a penalty for engaging in the latter.
