I don't see how Stone Harbor can advertise Savour September as a

Stone Harbor - I don't see how Stone Harbor can advertise Savour September as a family event anymore. It's turned into a drunk fest over the past few years. So many of the events now revolve around alcohol including Tuesdays at the Tower. So much for the image of a family-friendly town. We may as well go to North Wildwood. At least the accommodations there are more reasonable and the beaches are free.
