Stone Harbor - I completely agree with the Middle Township spout regarding the motor pools of all Cape municipalities. But it should not be the job of the Herald reporter. It should be published for the taxpayers to review by the town council. Cars were given as perks when salaries were low. It is no longer necessary due to present day salaries. Plus all necessary vehicles should be hybrids.
