Stone Harbor - I can attest that Stone Harbor may have beach tag checkers, but in all the years I have gone to the beach, only once have I ever seen a beach tag checker do their job. And, that day, when the checker asked a beach goer, I observed many people in the area that obviously didn’t have a tag just get up and walk away until the checker moved on. Every other day I watch them walk in groups of three chatting amongst themselves or on their phone. If Stone Harbor just wants to provide jobs for their young people, that is fine, but stop the charade.
