Stone Harbor - I can’t imagine Council is looking to reward employees that are constantly coming on Spout Off and denigrating their actions. Your actions have consequences. I’m glad Council is shutting down raises. If you don’t like it, there’s the door. Life is too short to not be happy at your job. And, insurrectionists don’t get to demand pay raises.
