Stone Harbor - I bike through Avalon and Stone Harbor every weekend. I see countless violations of the rule about riding single file. While the police might have the authority to pull someone over who is violating this rule, the background check is ridiculous. Also, they seem to target couples. Are the Avalon police guilty of profiling? The police need to focus on the illegal cell phone users who are considerably more dangerous than the "criminals" out for an early morning ride with their families.
