Stone Harbor - I attend most every meeting of the Borough, if not in person then on line. I have read about the concern of "outsourcing" that may happen in Stone Harbor, but I believe that they are looking at "shared services" which is not outsourcing. I think the public has made it very clear that they do not want any reduction in service levels, but if those levels can be maintained or improved by sharing of resources then we should at least consider them. Regardless, the Mayor, Council, and CFO need to present an update on where exactly they are, and what the implications are.
