Stone Harbor - I am thankful for all of the Stone Harbor police presence this summer. This has been one of the most crowded summers I can remember. However, there needs to be more enforcement regarding bicyclists. As a driver, I share the road but how is it safe to go over into the oncoming lane and swerve to avoid accidents when people bike two to three in a line? When I’ve beeped at them to move over, they just yell right back at me. There needs to be a better solution to this problem such as giving out citations especially when they run red lights and talk on their phones not paying attention.
