Stone Harbor - I am retired and the price of food is going crazy. This summer the restaurants will be so crowded and expensive. We need universal income for people over 60 beyond what social security pays. Its systemic oppression if we don't have a subsidy. Stone Harbor doesn't have a discount grocery store or a free meal program for people who don't want to go to a restaurant. The city taxes should have a grant to help us go out for dinner.
