Stone Harbor - I am not a huge fan of offshore wind, but what alternative is there? Almost no solar or geothermal on the island mega mansions, which consume massive amounts of power. Builders have no imagination on energy efficient ideas. Same old heating and cooling, which requires more and more power. It's only going to get worse.
