Stone Harbor - I am completely baffled by the resentment of some so-called locals of second-home owners and tourists. They obviously have no idea of the economic impact these people have on their way of life. As stated in a previous spout, most of the coastal towns were designed and sold as vacation destinations. Why don’t you run for city council and propose a ban on “non-locals.” See how that works. Or you can just accept the fact that things change whether you like change or not. Personally, I miss 27 cents a gallon gas.
