I agree with spouter complaining about purchase of new trash rec

Stone Harbor - I agree with spouter complaining about purchase of new trash receptacles. Every residence should be provided with at least one trash and one recycling receptacle. But I can’t agree with free beach tags. They should be the same price as Avalon but even so they are a bargain of the century. If it is to expensive then you are in the wrong town.
