I agree with last week's spouter about the conditions in the sho

Stone Harbor - I agree with last week's spouter about the conditions in the shopping district. Things looked pretty shabby last spring, summer and fall. The benches were covered with dirt, ice cream, bird droppings and pollen. The trash cans were overflowing daily. The business owners and public works need to step it up this year. Also, in response to the comment on the other spout on this matter, I don't think the spouter said to do the clean up in 0 degree weather. The spouter stated before the season starts.
