Stone Harbor - I agree with the choo-choo spouter. The new library looks like a train station. This is the best that they could do? Maybe the train tracks are still underneath the island on Second Avenue, and I bet this council screws this up again by starting construction in July and August. After seven years of nonsense and incompetence, 'what difference does it make?' The answer is none. Start in Sept. It will be 2017 before it's done anyway. Then we can start washing the costly windows.
